These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Protexpert’s websites, digital tools, courses, consulting services, and content.

By accessing or using Protexpert services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only

All content, calculators, tools, courses, and consulting provided by Protexpert are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes:

  • Licensing advice

  • Guaranteed income or business results

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. No Earnings Guarantees

Any revenue estimates, projections, or examples shown:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

4. Payments, Refunds & Access

  • Course access is granted upon payment

  • Refund policies, if any, are stated at the point of sale

  • Consulting fees are non-refundable once services begin

  • Protexpert reserves the right to deny access for violations of these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Courses

  • Calculators

  • Templates

  • Copy

  • Branding

  • Videos

  • Frameworks

are the intellectual property of Protexpert and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Protexpert may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, CRM, LMS).

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Protexpert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Protexpert in the prior 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protexpert from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of content

  • Violation of laws

  • Misrepresentation of results

  • Third-party disputes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Abuse or misuse is detected

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Protexpert services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
